With our delivery partners you have multiple ways to send your item back, including courier collection, drop off to a secure locker, or drop off to a local parcel shop.

What should I do when sending a return?

Please take note of the following:

  • Each returned item must have its correct individual Return Form with it.
  • Please return the item(s) within the timeframe specified in our returns policy.
  • Please allow sufficient time for delivery to us, internal processing, and then transfer of funds to the original payment method.

Is it possible to exchange the size or colour of the originally ordered product when returning them via post?

It is not possible to exchange the size or colour of the products in the Dream Shoes warehouse. If you wish to exchange, you must return the original products and create a new order on our website at shopdreamshoes.com.
